Very nice family runs this clean little park. Not a resort but a nice place to park and rest with hookups. Did not use Wi-Fi but our Verizon signal was good. Would be nice to have cable TV as antenna reception was minimal. We would stop here again.

This Resort earns the title of Resort unlike many others. Beautiful large concrete pads with well groomed grass for each spot. We were here for a rally and the meeting rooms were top notch as were the catered meals by their staff. Office personal were always helpful and pleasant. Would have give them a 10 except Wi-Fi was not as strong as it could be and Verizon signal is sporadic. I would rate it 9 3/4. Will stay here again.

O.K. to stop and rest but not much more. Cable TV OK but no Wi-Fi at park itself. Motels Wi-Fi was to weak to use. Verizon card was on roaming and fearing roaming to Mexico tower we stayed off. Probably would not stay here again.

Nice quiet and clean park for over night stay. Really needs cable TV and Wi-Fi to meets today's standards. As with all smaller parks there are a few permanent residents but they were all nice people. Would consider staying here again.

I think RV Resort is sometimes loosely used. Nice clean park but it seems they are more interested in selling memberships than anything else. We camped here free by going to their sales pitch which I have to say is not as high pressure as many I have attended. That being said when I called for reservations I told them my wife was disabled and need as close as possible to the facilities. Also told them We had a new 38 foot 5th wheel with three slides and I would prefer a pull through site. The gentleman on the phone said to let them know that when we got there. Upon arrival we were told we had a back in site and that they were full and could not accommodate a change. The site I was in was horribly un-level between two trees with the neighboring site within 1 foot of my awning. There were level and better sites empty the whole time we were there so they could have reassigned me. Showers are old and small and not dirty but could use a good steam cleaning. This park has possibilities but they have a way to go before we would come back. Pool and hot tub area needs more supervision as it was completely unusable for adults as we got tired of chasing kids out of the hot tub they used as a swimming pool.

Not a destination park, but a nice clean little park. Good level gravel spaces with grass, table, and concrete pad. Cleanest bathroom/showers I've seen in a long time. Road noise is minimal but there is some. Would have rated it higher but feel for price paid, wi-fi should have been free, not $4.95 a day. Also you need a dish if you want television; no antenna TV or cable. We would stay here again.

Stayed here 1 night. Small tightly packed spaces. They were gravel and level.Was told Wi-Fi was powerful but never could get on with a strong enough signal to get on internet. Neither could other person I talked to.Advised owner but she was unsure of what to do.To be fair she said she just bought park and seemed eager to do a good job of managing park.Would probably stay here again and see if she follows up.

Very nice park with a lot of perks ran by very friendly people.Like most commercial parks now days there were a lot of permanent residents who for the most part were cordial but not overly friendly. Would have given a 10 except the cable tv leaves a lot to be desired contrary to maintenance mans proclamation. Could still easily stay here long term and enjoy it.

I not sure why this place gets the bad reviews from people. I found the owner friendly and helpful. Nice park for a stopover for a day or so. Just installed wi-fi which was the best I had my whole trip. Cable tv was also top notch.Will stay here again.

Stayed here one night. Owner was friendly and helpful. WI-FI was great.Mostly permanent residents that were no bother except for the person who was slamming a door so loud at midnight it set my alarm off. However this is no fault of the management. Good for overnight stop to rest.
